How do I become a Beef Shack Rewards member?

Beef Shack Rewards requires a Beef Shack rewards / online ordering account. Create an account in three ways! 1.Sign up from the online ordering at a participating location only.

How does Beef Shack Rewards work?

Earn 25 Bonus Points at Sign Up. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. $5 OFF for every $50 spent.

How do I earn my first 25 points?

After signing up from online, 25 points will be loaded on to your account. While ordering over the phone, in-store or drive thru. Please mention rewards account at the time of transaction. Provide the phone number associated with your account.

Do my points max out?

Yes, after $5 off is redeemed, points will reset to 0.

How do I make sure my orders earn Beef Shack Rewards after signing up?

Please mention rewards account at the time of transaction via over the phone, in store pick up drive thru or by signing in via online account. As a rewards member, orders online, over the phone, and in-store can all be used to earn rewards. Make sure you’re logged into your Beef Shack account when ordering online. When ordering over the phone, in-store & drive thru provide the phone number associated with your account to show in store. Sorry, purchases of Beef Shack gift cards don’t earn Rewards. Catering orders are not valid with rewards points or rewards dollars.

Where can I review my rewards?

To view available rewards, log into your Beef Shack account. If you’re visiting a Beef Shack restaurant, you can also ask our awesome register staff if you have any available rewards.

How do I redeem my rewards?

You can redeem at all participating locations when you order in-store, drive thru, over the phone and online. Redeem a reward when ordering online by clicking “Redeem” on the item at checkout. Redeem a reward when ordering over the phone, drive thru or inside the restaurant by providing the phone number associated with your Beef Shack account.

Do rewards expire?

Yes, each reward has an expiration date. Log in to your Beef Shack account online to view available rewards and see when your rewards expire.

Do orders I placed before signing up go towards rewards?

Steve is that you? No silly we cannot add purchases to rewards account before signing up.

I accidentally ordered online as a guest. Does my order still earn Rewards?

Whoops! Sadly No, you must be logged in to earn rewards when ordering online.

If I forgot to give my rewards number or checkout as a guest, can I add missed visit with my receipt?

You’re killing me Steve…Unfortunately no. To get credit for a purchase, you must be logged in when ordering online or provide phone number when you order in-store, drive thru, over the phone.

Can I transfer rewards to others?

Ah Shucks, as nice as that is. Sorry rewards can’t be transferred or sold to someone else.
