BEEF SHACK, champions of BEEF, is looking for hard working and experienced COOKS. FT & PT shifts available.
Responsibilities:
• Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties
• Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Ensure quality of all menu items
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of restaurant kitchen experience required
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and some holidays
